Burlington, Ont., couple guilty of murdering boy, torturing brother to be sentenced today

In May, Brandy Cooney and Becky Hamber of Burlington, Ont., were found guilty of murdering a boy in their care, and assaulting and confining his younger brother. Today, they'll be sentenced in Milton, and it's possible the court will hear victim impact statements.
