Carney departs for Halifax, then NATO summit

Prime Minister Mark Carney and his wife, Diana Fox Carney, boarded a plane in Ottawa on their way first to Halifax, where he is expected to announce the winning bidder for Canada's sub contract. From there they will fly to Turkey for the NATO leaders' summit in Ankara.
