Ottawa Bluesfest is the biggest summer music festival in Ottawa. The nine-day, multi-stage extravaganza takes place on the grounds of (and inside) the Canadian War Museum at LeBreton Flats Park, within sight of the Ottawa River and Parliament Hill. This year marks the 32nd edition of the popular event, and attendance has regained pre-pandemic levels. An investigative report by the Toronto Police Service (TPS) has found misconduct against five officers after a police-run podcast praised the post–October 7 surge of converts to Islam and was perceived to downplay Hamas support at anti-Israel rallies.
