Operations resume following major train derailment north of Montreal

CN Rail said trains will pass through Repentigny, Que., at slower speeds and qualified inspections will take place following a major derailment Sunday afternoon.
Documents obtained by Global News revealed vehicles registered to Doug Ford's cabinet were clocked speeding 23 times over three years, racking up more than $3,300 in fines.
