Following several collisions involving heavy trucks, Quebec has announced new measures aimed at addressing the issue of inexperienced drivers.

A Quebec Superior Court judge will decide whether a historic $31.5-million settlement against the archdiocese of Quebec is approved. The deal could end years of legal action for claimants who allege they were sexually assaulted by members of the archdiocese since 1940.
