'I don't blame them,' says instructor after Quebec requires new Ontario truckers to take exam

Following several collisions involving heavy vehicles, Quebec has announced new measures aimed at addressing the issue of inexperienced drivers from Ontario. The auditor general of Ontario and members of the trucking industry say training in the province has not always been adequately delivered.
