Following multiple reports of incidents involving coyotes, police officers across several regions of Ontario are urging residents to be cautious. We bring you that story in Hour 4. Meantime, the city’s Transit Committee received an update in regards to OC Transpo service and, most notably, bus service reliability. A CBC News investigation has identified the Canadian woman arrested last week in Belgium on espionage charges as Biwei Zhang, a systems engineer who has previously worked for the Canadian Space Agency and Statistics Canada. Identifying information from Zhang's social media profiles, graduate thesis and a federal court case matched Belgian authorities' description of the NATO intern apprehended on Friday.
