Government says it's investigating CN's actions after rail crew surrounded by wildfire

Transport Canada said its investigating to determine if CN failed to comply with rules under the Railway Safety Act, or if health and safety violations occurred. The union representing rail workers has also criticized the rail company for the incident, saying it never should have happened.
