More than 320,000 people sign Winnipeg video game store's petition to keep PlayStation discs spinning

Hundreds of thousands of people have signed a petition created by a Winnipeg video game store after Sony said earlier this month it plans to ditch physical PlayStation game discs.

RCMP say they are investigating the homicide of a 12-year-old Edmonton boy after remains were found in a rural area of northern Alberta. In a news release on Sunday, police said Athabasca RCMP officers responded to a report of human remains found on Thursday, Aug. 6, just before 3:30 a.m.
