Emergency Room visits related to e-scooters have jumped 50 percent in just one year at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario. CTV Ottawa has obtained the latest figures concerning e-scooter and e-bike collisions that were admitted to CHEO for treatment. And now, authorities are urging caution after a scooter rider died Sunday night following a collision with a vehicle near Carling and Fairlawn. According to a new audit from the City of Ottawa’s Auditor General, OC Transpo’s ‘New Ways To Bus’ campaign was based on outdated data and was more focused on cost savings. Major League Soccer has launched an investigation into antisemitism and discrimination during a match in Montreal on Saturday night. The New England Revolution said its forward, Dor Turgeman, was subject to “antisemitic and discriminatory abuse” from CF Montréal fans during the teams’ game at Stade Saputo.
