‘Still makes me sad’: Memories of devastating Saguenay flood 30 years on

In his 40 years as a lobster fisherman, Robert Wagner had never seen a critter like it: a half-blue, half-orange lobster, split down the middle from head to tail. "I said, 'Wow!
