A new audit of OC Transpo’s bus service says the ‘New Ways To Bus’ plan was launched in 2025 with outdated data. Furthermore, the audit says the master plan was cost-savings focused, leading to late buses and other impacts to service. River Ward councillor Riley Brockington pays us a visit in Hour 2. The deadline to file or withdraw a nomination for the Office of Mayor, City Councillor or School Board Trustee in the 2026 Municipal Elections is Friday, August 21, at 2 pm.
Nomination process for candidates
Nomination forms must be filed in person by the candidate or their agent at the City of Ottawa’s Elections Office (1221 Cyrville Road, Unit B).
