Rwandan genocide survivor relieved by arrest of man wanted in 1994 killings

A survivor of the Rwandan genocide who lives in Gatineau, Que., and the Rwandan high commissioner to Canada both say they're heartened by the recent arrest of a man in Ottawa who allegedly took part in the killings more than three decades ago.

Ontario Provincial Police say investigators have discovered a second set of human remains at a Smiths Falls-area property and have identified them as belonging to a man who went missing in the area almost eight years ago.
