Family, friends seek answers after Labrador woman dies waiting for medevac

A Labrador family in the local service district of Norman's Bay says their family member deserved better after waiting nearly two days for an emergency medevac for care.

Durham regional police said the pilot had left at about 8:30 a.m. Friday and was expected back about an hour later. When he did not arrive, a search began.
