Owners of abandoned former GM plants in St. Catharines, Ont., appeal orders to clean up hazards

The company that owns the former General Motors site in St. Catharines, Ont., is challenging city orders to clean up building hazards found at the long-abandoned property, arguing the timeline to meet that order is "not reasonable".
Eight years after he went missing, Robert Lambert's remains have been located on the property he owned outside of Smiths Falls, according to a statement released by Ontario Provincial Police. Read More
