The company that owns the former General Motors site in St. Catharines, Ont., is challenging city orders to clean up building hazards found at the long-abandoned property, arguing the timeline to meet that order is "not reasonable".
A New York woman has pleaded guilty in a U.S. court for her role in smuggling illegals across the border from Canada multiple times, even after having been arrested for doing so.
