The City of Ottawa will launch a new ad campaign later this Summer to encourage federal public servants to spend more time in the Downtown Core. That is, once their work hours are done for the day. WestJet has reached an agreement with the union representing more than 4,000 flight attendants and cabin crew to end a strike that disrupted flights over the long weekend. The deal ends a work stoppage that had threatened to derail summer travel for thousands of travellers.
