U.S. Consulate in Toronto fired upon for 2nd time this year, police seeking suspect vehicle

Police say the U.S. Consulate in Toronto, which was previously shot at in March, was again the target of gunfire Monday morning. Investigators say they pursued a suspect vehicle to the Don Valley Parkway immediately after the shooting, but called off the chase when it reached dangerous speeds.
