Wildfires in the Northwest Territories are so out of control its stopping construction on a major infrastructure project, according to the federal government.

A Canadian woman was arrested in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, last month in connection with the theft of a package containing thousands of dollars worth of gold and silver.
