WestJet, union reach tentative deal to end strike by flight attendants

Calgary-based WestJet and the Canadian Union of Public Employees have reached a tentative deal, ending a strike that has led to the cancellation of hundreds of flights, both sides said early Monday.
Canadian businesses continue to weather U.S. President Donald Trump’s latest duties while they await the planned reprisal from Ottawa to take effect.
