N.L. judge says proposed 4-year prison term too lenient for man who pled guilty to impaired driving causing death

A Newfoundland and Labrador provincial court judge has rejected a four-year prison sentence for a man who has pleaded guilty to impaired driving causing death, saying the sentence would be too lenient.
Although there are safety concerns coming from transit riders, a study is showing public transportation can improve health with physical activity, well-being, and community.
