'We need to deal with it': CUPE says underfunding, capacity issues impacting patient care at Niagara hospitals

A multimillion-dollar funding shortage facing hospital services in the Niagara region will inevitably lead to staffing cuts and worsening patient care, the Canadian Union of Public Employees warns. A report released by the union details how such factors are contributing to the Ontario hospital crisis.
