Ottawa man with cerebral palsy shocked by 'brazen' custom bike theft

Kevin Shaw, an Ottawa man with cerebral palsy, had his custom-built bicycle — one he's owned for more than two decades — stolen from his Alta Vista home in mid-July. Shaw says he wants it back and wants the perpetrator held accountable.
If no one signs up before 2 p.m. today, incumbent city councillors in four wards will automatically secure re-election. Meanwhile, Mark Sutcliffe has secured endorsements from former mayors Jim Watson, Jim Durrell and Jackie Holzman.
