Military satellite deal with Ottawa-based company could set stage for new battle over cabinet secrecy

Conservatives want to see the details of the $2.3-billion military satellite contract with Telesat. At issue is Prime Minister Mark Carney’s friendship with Telesat's CEO and whether he was properly screened from the decision.
