August 11, 2026

If you are sitting in your car right now, on your way out of the daily workspace, and feeling like you just broke out of Alcatraz – this next segment is for you. A career pivot may sound simple at first, but the idea of putting that plan into action sounds like a waking nightmare. At the same time, staying stuck in a job that drains your spirits is a much bigger risk to your long-term happiness. Today, those excuses are being tossed out the window. Westboro-based psychotherapist Benslyne Avril joins Kristy Cameron for this week’s edition of Self-Help Tuesday.
