Woodland dancer wins hearts at the Saugeen powwow

Kiniw Tenasco, a Woodland dancer, won the hearts of folks at the Saugeen First Nation powwow this past weekend and online after his mom shared a video of him. Sunshine Tenasco, who is Anishinabe from Kitigan Zibi in Que., captioned the video that her son was born with Down syndrome and cerebral palsy.
As the federal government announces dollar-for-dollar counter-tariffs against the United States, the mayors of Ottawa and Gatineau, Que., reaffirmed their commitment Tuesday to strengthen economic ties between the two cities.
