Lorraine Sommerfeld, a Driving.ca columnist, joins Kristy Cameron in Hour 2. Meantime, making new friends as an adult is way tougher than making friends as a little kid. Keeping these friendships, as an adult, is even tougher. So on today’s edition of Self-Help Tuesday with psychotherapist Benslyne Avril, we are looking at why adult friendships fade, how you can actually save them, and how you can make some new ones.
