'Suspicious' OSAP activity at some career colleges flagged to province, documents show

The association representing career colleges in Ontario began warning the government about possible "suspicious" student financial aid activity at a few campuses three years ago, documents show.
Fort Good Hope, N.W.T., resident Chloe Dixon was diagnosed with a soft-tissue sarcoma in the summer of last year. While treatment for cancers like hers can impact a person's fertility, a relatively new procedure in Canada is giving Chloe the choice of having children in the future.
