Tornado confirmed, warnings issued as south and central Sask. walloped by extreme weather

At 4:11 pm CST on Sunday, Environment Canada confirmed a tornado is located about 10 kilometres outside of Kelso, Sask., moving northeast at 30 kilometres per hour.
The CBC’s Sannah Choi spoke to commuters in Ottawa who say they’ve noticed an increase in the number people on trains and buses as the summer ends.
