Thieves have been capitalizing on the gains in copper value, officials say, with thefts costing Canadian utilities and charging companies more than $1 million in the past year.
A total of 2,996 people were killed in the four crashes at the World Trade Centre, the Pentagon and Shanksville, Penn. and thousands more were injured.
