Weekends are usually quiet for Tyson McEwan of McEwans Towing, but he has already recovered about 20 vehicles so far this weekend. The Havre Boucher, N.S., business is based in Antigonish County near the Canso Causeway.
The meeting being arranged by the Quebec premier and CAQ leader for Monday night comes as Canada prepares to impose retaliatory tariffs on a wide range of U.S. goods the following day. The tariffs will range from 15 to 50 per cent and apply to products including dairy, steel, copper and some beauty products.
