'Being on the street isn't easy': Arizona nonprofit helps homeless couple get first apartment

The Environment and Climate Change Committee today approved creating a new funding stream within the Community Environmental Projects Grant Program (CEPGP) to support community‑led waste avoidance, reduction and reuse projects.
