'High risk' of tornado in western Quebec late this afternoon

Environment Canada has issued a tornado watch for western Quebec and communities west of Ottawa including Pembroke, Bancroft and Barry's Bay. The watch is in effect Thursday afternoon and evening.

Five people have already been killed on Quebec roads since drivers started leaving the city on Friday for Canada Day weekend.
