Official numbers have been released for the Manitoba by-election that saw the NDP take over a historically Progressive Conservative seat.Elections Manitoba says Carla Compton ended up beating Tory candidate Lawrence Pinsky in Winnipeg’s Tuxedo constituency by 602 votes.
