Police urge public to avoid University of Manitoba building over reports of man with knife

Police are asking the public to stay away from part of the University of Manitoba’s Fort Garry campus in Winnipeg due to reports of a male armed with a knife.Winnipeg police say people should avoid the immediate area of the Allen Building until further notice.They say there is a large police presence on campus at this time.
