Nova Scotia youth has life-threatening injuries after attack by 3 dogs: RCMP

RCMP say three 'large-breed dogs' attacked a youth who was riding a bicycle in Welshtown, N.S., on Saturday. The youth was flown to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The warning comes as the Assembly of First Nations confirmed at least one First Nations person recently had a negative encounter with ICE and has since returned to Canada.
