Ottawa Police is highlighting early-season results from its newly-launched District Traffic Units and Road Safety Units. They began operations last month to address ongoing community concerns, with traffic safety chief among them. OPS Acting Staff-Sergeant Amy Gagnon crunches the numbers for us in Hour 2.
