A new program in Canada’s Capital is linking children with volunteer grandmothers. It’s called ‘Chosen Grandma’, and it’s aimed at children who don’t have a grandmother, or whose family is far away. Kristy Cameron chats with Dr. Peg Herbert, who founded the program, on today's Ottawa Now.
