A cyclist who was struck by a vehicle while riding in a bike lane on Slater Street late last month says he’s frustrated with how Ottawa police responded when he called their non-emergency line to report the collision.
The crew first met with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney Wednesday morning in his office, followed by a sold-out public discussion in Ottawa.
