Toronto police officer charged with manslaughter after killing a man in Niagara Falls, Ont.

The Special Investigations Unit (SIU) said in a news release the officer, Const. Andrew Lawson from the Toronto Police Service, was charged with manslaughter.

Ontario Provincial Police have identified 34-year-old Christo Allison Richards from Ottawa as the man found fatally injured in Perth's Last Duel Park earlier this month. They did not announce any suspects or arrests.
