Abuse alleged at N.L. preschool as parents demand answers

Parents of children who attended a pre-kindergarten program in eastern Newfoundland say their kids were knelt on, yelled at, and locked in a bathroom by an early childhood educator who police investigated but never charged.

A 63-year-old man was transported from the scene by ambulance before being airlifted to a Toronto-area hospital with life-threatening injuries. OPP said he died Thursday morning.
