A new locking system was supposed to make 381 Bagot St. safer, but after months of delays residents are still waiting for it. Meanwhile, the troubled social housing highrise continues to rack up more police calls than any other residential address in Kingston.
The teenager who pleaded guilty to murdering 15-year-old Reese Stanzel near Perth, Ont., has been sentence to 10 years in custody and under supervision.
