Conservatives want to see the details of the $2.3-billion military satellite contract with Telesat. At issue is Prime Minister Mark Carney’s friendship with Telesat's CEO and whether he was properly screened from the decision. Ottawa and Telesat insist the deal was rigorously handled at arm's length.
