Ontario’s Premier, meantime, won’t be entertaining the idea of restocking any U.S. booze until Canada gets a fair deal. So how has this impacted the other side of the border? Chris Swonger is the President and CEO of the USA Distilled Spirits Council. He says, when it comes to lost sales, we are talking hundreds of millions of dollars.
