I voted: YesToo many questions have gone unanswered. We can't have anyone interfering in our elections. It's already bad enough with big business and unions getting personally involved. We need a full public inquiry and then we need a government that is willing to make broad changes to ensure democracy in Canada always remains in the hands of the people.
Excellent point. Seniors feel it more than the rest of us and it’s already pretty depressing as it is. Hang in there and thanks for sharing.
I voted: Russia’s invasion of UkraineSadly, the war is impacting everyone, everywhere. Which is why I think its the biggest story of 2022.
As Lori Turnbull points out in the podcast, the MOU demanding the newly and duly elected government step down, made meeting with them impossible. The extremism was not the response. The extremism was in the acts itself. Denying that this was an attempted coup is to deny real facts. I’d charge, convict and exile the lot of them if it was up to me because the MOU was an act of treason according to Canadian law.
