As a former teacher, I agree. Unruly classrooms make it difficult for anyone to learn. Unfortunately, this is going to be the weakest generation of Canadians ever produced. And yes, the public education system is to blame because it is not a balanced environment for children to learn.
What about a street car line if a subway is deemed too expensive?
True enough Paul. As soon as a majority of Canadians are in a net-gain position, the carbon tax won't be needed. Its about changing behaviour and doing what we can to preserve life on planet earth.
I could see Naqvi switching to run provincially again. Harden has run afoul of his provincial party. Harden wouldn't make this move if his replacement wasn't already "approved".
