We left it open ended so people could fill in the blank on their own. Chance at governing, or gaining seats, or holding the Liberals to account, or passing more social legislation, or replacing the Liberals as the progressive voice of Canadians, etc.
I voted: UnsureI haven’t heard anything about eliminating poverty from the NDP since Singh has become leader. You would think that a Guaranteed Annual Income would have been the first thing they pushed the Liberals for. Instead they chose universal dental care. Also an important program but it doesn’t address poverty, which one would think would be the NDP’s #1 priority.
