Ottawa Now - Councillor Tierney calls for more info on bus tracking amid OC Transpo cancellations

It appears that bus cancellations at OC Transpo have reached a tipping point. As you heard last week, Ottawa was supposed to have 106 electric buses, but we only have 36 of them due to a backlog of orders. And with hundreds of bus trips getting cancelled, another councillor is calling for more transparency, asking the municipality to provide more info on bus tracking. Beacon Hill-Cyrville councillor Tim Tierney, who sits on the city’s Transit Committee, joins Kristy Cameron on today’s Ottawa Now.
Yellow alert cold warnings are in place for numerous communities throughout Ontario, reaching as far south as Windsor, east to Ottawa and north to Kapuskasing.
