Telecom complaints have shot up 17%, with billing issues the main gripe, says watchdog

Customer complaints about their phone, internet and television services rose 17 per cent in the 2024-25 reporting year, a report by the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services said Wednesday.
"Apparently, neighbours had been calling bylaw saying something is not right over there," Judanna Dawn with Angel's Animal Rescue told Global News.
