Sales of newly completed condominiums in the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area fell last year to the lowest level since 1991, as a record 28 active condo projects were cancelled.

The City is moving forward with the expansion and renovation of the Alexander Community Centre in the Carlington community and is looking for feedback.
Over the past several years, residents have provided input on how the centre should grow to better serve the community. Based on previous public consultations, a design has now been selected. The expansion will include a new full-size gymnasium, improved multipurpose spaces and upgrades to accessibility and community areas.
